Olayinka Folorunso
Chief Operations Officer
Responsible for everything that has to work before a clinician can do their job.
Olayinka Folorunso is Chief Operations Officer at Sky High Medical Centre, responsible for operations across both sites: facilities, equipment, supplies, utilities and the logistics of running a hospital that does not close.
A 24 hour hospital depends on a great deal that patients never see. Power that does not fail during a caesarean section. Oxygen that does not run out at three in the morning. Consumables on the shelf when theatre needs them, and a building that is clean and safe at every hour.
She also holds responsibility for service delivery standards, which means the parts of a hospital visit that are not clinical but shape the whole experience: waiting times, how the front desk handles a worried caller, and whether a patient is kept informed while they wait.
