Quality care
Clinical decisions driven by examination and investigation rather than assumption. We test before we treat, and we tell you what the result actually said.
24 hour hospital careMagodo, Lagos · Theatre, laboratory and wards on site
A full hospital in Magodo Phase 2, not a clinic that closes. Maternity, paediatrics, surgery, cardiology and renal care, with theatre, laboratory, pharmacy and inpatient wards all on site.
What we are
Fragmented care is what most Lagos patients actually endure. Consultation in one place, laboratory in another, scan somewhere else, and nobody holding the whole picture. SkyHigh is built the other way round.
Clinical decisions driven by examination and investigation rather than assumption. We test before we treat, and we tell you what the result actually said.
You are told what we think is happening, in plain language, with the alternatives and the risks, before anything is decided on your behalf.
Obstetrics, surgery, paediatrics, laboratory and theatre in the same building, which means a plan can change in minutes rather than days.
No test you do not need, no procedure you do not need, and an itemised bill you are entitled to question line by line.

A few short questions about who it is for, what you are noticing and how long it has been going on. You get the department to start with, what to bring, and whether it should be seen today rather than booked.

The SkyHigh experience
SkyHigh has served Magodo and the surrounding communities since 2012. When the founders moved on to new ventures and handed the baton to the current management, the team took it on with a clear sense of what had been built and what needed to change.
A year into that transition the hospital had recorded over a hundred completed procedures, ranging from myomectomies and caesarean sections to appendectomies and exploratory laparotomies. That is not a marketing figure. It is the ordinary work of a functioning secondary care hospital, done consistently.
What we are building on top of it is continuity: one record that follows you, clinicians who know your history, and a hospital that does not close.

Where we are
The main hospital in Magodo handles everything from antenatal booking to surgery. The Yaba unit handles dialysis and intensive care, and takes referrals from other hospitals across Lagos.

Outpatient clinics, maternity and delivery, theatre, inpatient wards, laboratory, pharmacy and imaging all sit on one site inside Magodo Phase 2, with parking and a 24 hour front desk.

Paying for care
HMO plans differ enormously, particularly on maternity, where most carry a waiting period that nobody reads until it matters. Our front desk will check your specific plan against the treatment you need and tell you the answer before you commit.

Call with your plan name and enrolee number, and our HMO manager will confirm exactly what your cover includes for the treatment you need before you commit to anything.

Not sure where to start
Tell us who it is for, what you are noticing, and how long it has been going on. We will tell you which department to book, what to bring with you, and whether this is something that should not wait for an appointment at all.
This points you to the right department. Only an examination can tell you what is actually wrong.
The SkyHigh Journal
Written for how medicine is practised in Lagos, reviewed by our clinical team, and long enough to give you a real answer rather than send you looking somewhere else.

A visit by visit guide to antenatal care in Nigeria, what each test is looking for, and why the booking appointment before 12 weeks changes everything that follows.

The front desk answers at every hour of the day. If it is urgent, call. If it can wait, the booking form takes about two minutes.
